Through our supply chain expertise we are able to source a wide range of fabrics (cotton, polycotton, nylon, polyester, viscose and various blends including organic cotton). These fabrics can be sourced:

  • Locally in the UK through a range of weaving mills
  • From mills within the EU
  • From suppliers outside of the EU, including Pakistan, China, India, Taiwan

To support our fabric sourcing we have well established relationships with Textile Specialists in each country who are able to liaise with our suppliers to guarantee the desired quality and shipment schedules.

Dinsmore have the capability and expertise to prepare and bleach a wide range of fabric types and compositions. This includes singe, desize, scour, continuous bleaching and washing.

Dinsmore can offer a wide range of dyeing solutions for various fabrics up to 280cm finished width. The range of dyeing machinery includes:

  • Atmospheric Jigs
  • Pressure Jigs
  • Pressure Jets
  • Continuous Cold Pad Batch Dyeing
  • Continuous Pad Dyeing

High quality Dyes,(range of reactive, directs, disperse) sourced from reputable European suppliers, are selected to achieve the highest standards of colour fastness to meet customer requirements.

We are industry leaders in the Flame retardant coating of upholstery fabrics for Domestic, Contract and Transportation.

We commission finish many types of upholstery and contract fabric including Polyester, Cotton, Acrylic, Linen, Polypropylene, Wool blends, Chenille, Velvet, Jacquards, Tartans, Faux Leather and Suede, Plains and Non-woven.
